2. Scheduling & Access
You must ensure reasonable access to the service area on the scheduled date.
Outdoor areas (e.g., lawn, driveway, bins) should be clear and accessible.
If our team cannot safely access the area, the service may be skipped and still charged
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on the selected service and agreed upon at booking.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Recurring or subscription services will be billed automatically according to your plan.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge up to the full service fee.
We may reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns.

We do not handle hazardous materials or waste.
